CabinAssurance Terms of Service

By creating an account on CabinAssurance, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals and associations residing in the United States, specifically in Illinois, and surrounding area such as Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
2. Voluntary Participation: Membership is voluntary, but requires adherence to the internal rules and regulations outlined by CABI.
3. Fees and Contributions: Members must pay all applicable registration and administration fees and contribute to the death fund when called upon.
4. Use of Funds: Funds collected are used exclusively for covering repatriation and burial expenses, and for the administration of CABI.
5. Non-Transferability: Membership and benefits are non-transferable and tied to individual registrations only.
6. Good Standing Requirement: Benefits can only be claimed by or on behalf of members in good standing with current dues and contributions.
7. Accuracy of Information: Members are responsible for providing accurate and updated personal information.
8. Termination of Membership: CABI reserves the right to terminate any membership for violations of policies or fraudulent behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability: CABI is not liable for administrative errors or delays beyond its control and disclaims liability for misrepresentation by members.
10. Governing Law: All matters related to CABI membership, disputes, and benefits are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

By continuing membership or applying for benefits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
